We encourage scientific researchers and technology professionals to submit abstracts for presentation at the EuroSTEM Conference.

In order to to ensure a smooth and organized event, it’s essential to gather all the necessary information when submitting your abstract. Please review our abstract submission form and fill out the details as required.

Please keep in mind that the language of the presentation MUST be English. Required fields are marked with an *.

*SPEAKERS CAN PRESENT ON EUROSTEM WITHOUT ANY FEES INVOLVED. HOWEVER, SPEAKERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES PON THEIR OWN.

Once your abstract submission is approved, we will contact you for the following steps to list you as an official speaker. Additional requirements include a headshot photo with a white background (1,500 x 1,500 pixels), your presentation in PowerPoint or Word format, a copy of your official identification document to corroborate your identity, and a copy of your travel permit.
